Terms and Conditions for QUALITY TRANSFER owned by Transfer Abdurahim, Fuhhrstr.20, 8181 Höri, Schweiz

1. General
Quality Transfer provides private passenger transfer services. Bookings can be made through our online platform, via telephone, or email. The following Terms and Conditions apply to all clients unless otherwise agreed upon between both parties.

2. Reservations and Conclusion of Contract
A vehicle and driver may be reserved by telephone, email, or through our online platform. Clients must provide all required information to facilitate the service, including passenger names, number of passengers, dates and times, pick-up and drop-off locations, amount of luggage, need for child seats, presence of pets, and payment details. A booking is considered valid only after confirmation by Quality Transfer via email. For hourly bookings, clients must specify the duration needed.

3. Prices
All prices offered by Quality Transfer include applicable taxes and tolls. An additional fee may apply for payments made by credit or debit card directly to the driver. For hourly bookings outside our standard service area, clients may be responsible for the driver's overnight costs. Additional hours beyond the specified time and extra kilometers are charged according to the vehicle's class.

4. Luggage and Child Seats
The number of luggage items allowed per vehicle is estimated based on standard sizes. If clients have more luggage than permitted, Quality Transfer reserves the right to charge for additional vehicles to maintain health and safety standards. During booking, clients must include all children and infants, specifying the type of seats required. Quality Transfer provides child seats free of charge.

5. Payment Methods
Quality Transfer accepts the following payment methods:

• Cash (Paid to the driver)
• Bank transfer
• Credit/Debit card through the website
• Credit/Debit card directly to the driver (additional fee may apply)
• Payment link (additional fee may apply)

An invoice detailing the transfer and price will be provided to the client.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the booking are eligible for a 50% refund. No refund is available for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the booking. Changes to bookings must be submitted via email or phone, verified by Quality Transfer, and acknowledged by email within 24 hours.

7. Health and Safety Standards
Clients are required to follow any instructions given by Quality Transfer personnel to ensure a safe trip. The use of safety belts and child seats is compulsory. Consumption of alcoholic beverages and food in the vehicle is not recommended.

8. Liability
Quality Transfer is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural events, traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, incorrect pick-up or drop-off information provided by the client, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Any disputes between Quality Transfer and clients are subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quality Transfer operates. The place of jurisdiction is the location of Quality Transfer's headquarters.

10. Additional Provisions

• Smoking, eating, and drinking beverages other than water are not permitted in the vehicles.
• Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to their actions.
• TRANS COMPANY reserves the right to refuse service to individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior is deemed a threat to the driver or vehicle.
• Clients are advised to arrange appropriate insurance coverage for unforeseen circumstances affecting their travel plans.

By booking a service with TRANS COMPANY, clients acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
